January 1986 Our company was established in 1986, it was located at W ang Bei Street, Wu Gu, Hsinchuang City, Taipei County and named P-TWO Industrial Ltd., we had a capital of NT$ 1 million, we specialized in manufacturing, sales of terminals and connectors.
January 1987 We were relocated to Huacheng Rd, Hsinchuang City, introduced CAD/CAM system.
May 1988 We amended our company structure to Co. Ltd., increased ca pital to NT$ 5 million.
July 1991 Capital increased to NT$ 26 million.
June 1992 Successful development and production of SQUARE PIN BANDOLEER, patent awarded in November 1996.
July 1993 Successful development and production of MINI DIN connector, automation production line installed, product patent awarded in June 1995.
May 1995 Factory relocated to No.9 Singhua Rd., Taoyuan City.
April 1996 Successful development and production of CD Drive I/O serial connector, automation production line installed.
July 1997 Successful development and production of PITCH 1.0mm FPC connector for CD-ROM, CD-RW, DVD, automation production facility and checking/testing equipment installed.
November 1997 “Merged Sun Meng Precision Co. Ltd.”, increased capital to NT$ 46 Million, acquired factory space of 5,098 square meters.
February 1998 Passed IECQ and UL ISO-9002 quality assurance certification.
March 1998 Developed flexible circuit board for CD-ROM, CD-RW, DVD-ROM, NB, PDA and digital cameras, also PITCH 0.5m pull-type connector and PCMCIA connector, automation production line installed.
July 1998 Increased capital to NT$ 86 Million
March 1999 : Reinvested in P-TWO (HK) Co. Ltd. and P-TWO Industrial Electronics in Dong Guan China.
October 1999 Capital increased to NT$ 196,008,000.
January 2000 Development and production of communications connector, such as battery connector, spring connector, volume key connector, charge connector, speaker contact and vibrator holder.
April 2000 Increasing capital and public fund raising approved on 13th April, capital increased to NT$ 286,848,800.
July 2000 To better serve our clients, we invested US$ Two Million and set up a branch office in the British Virgin Islands, and indirectly reinvested in a factory in Suzhou, China
March 2001 Suzhou factory began production and delivery.
July 2001 Capital increased to NT$ 358 Million.
Developed vertical PITCH 0.5mm FPC connector and automated checking/testing machine.
October 2001 Securities and Futures Bureau approved our Over the Counter status.
December 2001 Developed PITCH 0.3 mm FPC connector for PDA, setup automation production line and automated checking/testing machine.
February 2002 Company stocks began official trading.
March 2002 Shipment of FPC began.
Developed PITCH 0.5mm FPC connector for LCD panel and LCD monitor.
April 2002 Passed UL TL9000 certification, upgraded ISO-9002 94 version to ISO-9001 2000 version.
June 2002 Development of automatic CCD examination/packaging equipment for SIM Card complete.
July 2002 Securities and Futures Bureau sanctioned NT$ 72 Million increase in capital to NT$ 430 Million.
September 2002 Capital increased by NT$ 44 Million to NT$ 474 Million
December 2002 Reinvested in P-TWO (Mauritius) Co. Ltd.
March 2003 Received G-COM COMPUTER CORPORATION’s “Annual Best Quality Award”.
April 2003 Dong Guan and Suzhou factory passed SGS ISO-14001 environment management system evaluation.
April 2003 Reinvested in P-II Industries(Malaysia) SDN.BHD.
June 2003 Taiwan factory passed SGS ISO-14001 environment management system evaluation.
August 2003 Industrial Development Bureau of Ministry of Economic Affairs approved establishment of operating headquarters in Taiwan.
August 2003 First issuance of company bonds, market valued at NT$ 300 Million.
November 2003 First issuance of employee stock purchase certificates, totaling 1500 units.
December 2003 In order to expand production capacity in Hua Dong region, new factory was constructed and opened in Suzhou.
March 2004 In order to expand production capacity in the Hua Nan region and setup electroplating line, new factory was constructed and opened in Shenzhen.
June 2004 Acquired 100% shares in Connard to take advantage of its DDR and Mini PCI production techniques.
June 2004 Successful development and trial production of PITCH 1.5mm and 1.2mm FPC connector.
September 2004 Successful development and trial production of SD Card connector for digital cameras.
October 2004 Successful development and trial production of cell phone connectors.
December 2004 Passed OHSAS-18000 Labor Health Management System certification.
